Jewish Texts on Economic Social Justice Issues: Jamaica Plain (Mondays: Oct. 23, 30; Nov. 6, 13; Dec. 11, 18) How do Jewish ideas of dignity and freedom relate to our global lives?
Mindfulness, personal growth and meditation: Cambridge/Somerville-Inman Square (Mondays: Sept. 11, 18, 25; Oct. 2, 9, 16 from 7:00-8:30 pm) Explore ancient advice on living consciously and in the present through guided meditation, text study and group conversation. Full, registration closed.
Soulful Cycle: Holidays and Life Events: Cambridge (Mondays: Sept. 18; Oct. 2, 30; Nov. 13, 27; Dec. 11 7:00-8:30 pm) Meeting in advance of each fall holiday; the how, what and why as well as ideas on bringing relevance and meaning to Jewish holidays and life cycle events. Full, email for waitlist.
The Current State of the Two-State Solution: Cambridge (Tuesdays: Oct. 3, 10, 24, Nov. 7, 14, 21 7:00-9:00 pm) Focus on diverse understandings of the conflict, including Jewish, Palestinian, and other Arab narratives, explore the current political landscape and prospects for peace.
